It seems he made the trailer to try to get money people interested. He thought once they saw the trailer they would see how cool the movie it would be………here it is spelled out from PJ himself:

pjdiablo70 (8 months ago) It’s not actually a movie yet… I made the trailer in order to help make the idiots in the film industry understand how cool the movie could be, and show them that a lot of people will be interested in it, in order to get funding for the film (see “satana trailer on FOX TV” here on youtube for the whole story)… still working on them.

pjdiablo70 (8 months ago) Funny you mention that… I pitched Tarantino on Executive Producing this (ie. using his name to pull the money together) about a year ago, and just about a month ago he announced his plans to remake “Faster Pussycat Kill Kill” which my film is obviously based on … hmmmm, coincidence????
